This is like the good news, bad news joke.

Good news: in modeling you are what you look like. If you can pass for younger, the agencies will let you. Tell them a little white lie at the beginning (it's an acceptable practice in the industry) and if they bite, you can always come clean later, once they are committed to wanting you.

Bad news: The editorial agencies want young girls. 20 is at the very upper edge of "young". These days 15 to 16 seems to be the target age, although 20 is (just barely) acceptable. If you really look 20, they still may feel you are too old.

Good news: You are in Los Angeles, where the market is more commercial than editorial. The push for youth isn't quite as strong, so you have a better chance there than you would in New York.
