What kind of modeling are you looking for?

Look is mainly fashion, but I believe they have a good commercial division.

City is another good fashion agency.

Muse doesn't suck, but their bookers are beyond weird.

Dizon is lower end modeling.

Stars, Boom!, and SF Top Talent have some fashion but are mainly commercial and talent.

What kind of photographers do you want? Take a look at photographer organizations like APA, ASMP, PAPA, etc for a list of photogs in that area.
