On another forum a nice lady named Mollie Lane answered that question in a way that I like, so I'm going to steal her answer:

"You need to dress to impress, in stylish clothing that flows and moves with you easily and shows your legs, arms, and form to best advantage. I would wear or take heels with you. If they are interested in your look, they will want to interview you and see you walk for them."
